A gentler, mechanical alternative to RF microneedling. Your doctor will advise which of the two is more suitable for your skin.
Fine micro-channels trigger the skin's own repair response, paired with an infusion step that carries actives deeper than they could otherwise reach.

Very fine needles create controlled micro-channels in the skin. The body responds as it does to any injury — by producing collagen and elastin during repair — but at a scale small enough that the surface heals quickly.
The same channels allow a serum applied during the session to reach further than it otherwise would. That infusion step is part of the protocol, which is why the treatment appears on our treatment list as M2 infusion rather than as needling on its own.
This is the mechanical component alone. Where radiofrequency heating is wanted as well, that is a different treatment, performed by the doctor.
- Redness resembling mild sunburn on the day and the day after is normal.
- Results accumulate across a course rather than appearing after one session.
- Deep or tethered acne scarring generally needs more than microneedling alone. We will tell you if that applies to you rather than selling you a course that will disappoint.
- Avoid active skin infection, recent sunburn and certain medications — we screen at consultation.
Yes. M2 infusion is the name on our treatment list and the one you will hear at reception; microneedling is the name most people search for. Same treatment, same protocol.
We say so here because a name that does not match is the kind of thing that makes people wonder whether they have been quoted for something else.
This uses the micro-channel alone. RF microneedling adds radiofrequency energy released at depth, which brings a heating effect for firmness in addition to the repair response. RF microneedling is generally the stronger option, with correspondingly more downtime.
They also sit at different levels of delegation: RF microneedling is performed by the doctor, while this is performed by a trained therapist under the doctor's direction. That difference follows from the depth and the energy involved, not from a ranking of results.
Your consultation will determine this. Skin type, medical history, medications and the changes you would like to see all affect which treatment is appropriate, and whether any treatment is suitable at all.
If a treatment isn't suitable for you, you'll be informed.
Your first visit includes a consultation where the doctor examines your skin and determines if this treatment is suitable for you before proceeding with any procedures. You don’t need to book the consultation separately.
If you prefer to come in solely for an assessment, our consultation charge is $80. However, if you decide to proceed with treatment on the same day, this fee will be waived.
The doctor will examine your skin, take your medical history and give you a detailed account of your skin condition, which may differ from your initial expectations.
You leave with a written plan and the associated costs. If a treatment isn’t suitable for you, you’ll be informed of that instead.
There’s no same-day price or deadline attached to the plan. Prices don’t change based on when you decide.
The plan is yours to keep. If you’d like more time to consider or make comparisons, that’s perfectly fine. We respect every customer’s decisions.
