This policy explains how RP Clinic (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data through this website, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect on this website

Website usage. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website: the pages you view, how you arrived (for example, from a search or an advertisement), your device and browser type, your approximate location at city level, and actions such as tapping a WhatsApp button. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this and does not store your IP address.

Messages you send us. This website has no forms, accounts or online payments. Tapping a WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a suggested message; nothing is sent unless you choose to send it. If you do, we receive your WhatsApp name, phone number and the contents of your messages.

Information collected at the clinic

Information you provide during a consultation or treatment, including your medical history, is collected at the clinic and kept as part of your medical records in accordance with applicable laws. This policy covers the website only.

How we use personal data

• To reply to your enquiries and arrange appointments.
• To understand which pages and advertisements are useful, so we can improve this website and measure our advertising.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

• Google (analytics and advertising measurement) and WhatsApp (messaging). They process data under their own privacy policies and may store it outside Singapore.
• Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law.

Cookies

The cookies on this website are set by Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website works without them.

Links to other websites

This website links to Google Maps, Google reviews and Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this website.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up care, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to reply to you or provide certain services. We will respond within 30 days.
