Four treatment protocols, selected to suit your skin during your consultation.

A device-based facial that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and infuses in one sequence — nothing is left broken at the surface, so there is no recovery period.

A vortex tip delivers solution to the skin and draws it back at the same time. Debris is lifted away rather than pressed around, and the skin is left with serum in place.

A single session moves through a set sequence: a gentle exfoliation, an acid step to loosen the contents of pores, vacuum-assisted extraction, then infusion of hydrating and antioxidant serums.

Four protocols run on that same core sequence, and what changes between them is which serums and additional steps are included. Signature is the core sequence on its own. Clarifying is set up for skin that is oily, congested or prone to comedones. Deluxe adds steps directed at uneven tone and ageing. Platinum adds a lymphatic drainage step and has the most steps of the four.

Because nothing is left broken or open at the surface, you can wear makeup and return to normal activity immediately.

  • The delivery system is protected by multiple patents; the device is cleared by the US FDA and carries CE and CSA marks.
  • This is a maintenance treatment. It improves how your skin looks and feels now; it does not remodel scars or remove established pigmentation.
  • The extraction step can feel odd — a firm suction sensation — but is not usually described as painful.
  • Mild transient redness is possible, particularly after the acid step.
  • An eye-area step can be added within the same appointment if that is what you want to work on. We suggest it when it is relevant, not as a matter of course.
  • If your concern is a specific structural or pigment problem, we will tell you that a facial alone is unlikely to be the answer.

It depends on what your skin is doing on the day, so it is settled at your appointment rather than picked in advance from a list.

  • Signature — the core cleanse, exfoliation, extraction and infusion sequence.
  • Clarifying — for skin that is oily, congested or prone to comedones.
  • Deluxe — where uneven tone and ageing are the main concerns.
  • Platinum — adds a lymphatic drainage step; the longest of the four.

Yes — no downtime is the main reason people choose it. That said, if it is your first session we generally suggest not scheduling it the day before something important, simply because we cannot predict how any individual's skin will respond.

Your consultation will determine this. Skin type, medical history, medications and the changes you would like to see all affect which treatment is appropriate, and whether any treatment is suitable at all.

If a treatment isn't suitable for you, you'll be informed.

Your first visit includes a consultation where the doctor examines your skin and determines if this treatment is suitable for you before proceeding with any procedures. You don’t need to book the consultation separately.

If you prefer to come in solely for an assessment, our consultation charge is $80. However, if you decide to proceed with treatment on the same day, this fee will be waived.

The doctor will examine your skin, take your medical history and give you a detailed account of your skin condition, which may differ from your initial expectations.

You leave with a written plan and the associated costs. If a treatment isn’t suitable for you, you’ll be informed of that instead.

There’s no same-day price or deadline attached to the plan. Prices don’t change based on when you decide.

The plan is yours to keep. If you’d like more time to consider or make comparisons, that’s perfectly fine. We respect every customer’s decisions.
