You do not need to know what is wrong before you come — working that out is what the consultation is for.

The physician takes your history, reads your pulse and tongue, and builds a picture of how your body is running as a system. What follows depends on what is found: herbal medicine, acupuncture, or another therapy — and the reasoning is explained to you before anything is prescribed.

What Happens
History, pulse and tongue assessment, then a plan explained in plain language
Herbal Rx
Granules or brews, dispensed the same day where appropriate

Expect more questions than you are used to — sleep, digestion, energy through the day, stress. TCM reads these together as a pattern rather than as separate complaints.

The physician then explains what the pattern suggests and what would address it. If TCM is not the right tool for what you have, you will be told that too.

Often yes, but it is decided case by case. Bring what you currently take — the physician plans around it, and will coordinate timing or leave herbs out entirely where there is any doubt.

No. Come with your symptoms and your scepticism. The consultation stands or falls on whether what the physician finds and explains makes sense to you.

The physician tells you the recommended plan and its full cost after your consultation, before anything is done — you decide with the numbers in front of you.

There is no obligation to proceed on the day. Prices don't change based on when you decide.

No. You will hear what we found, what we recommend and what it costs — then the decision is yours, at your pace.

If you'd like more time to consider or make comparisons, that's perfectly fine. We respect every customer's decisions.
